Established in 1914 it is heartening to see the hard work of the Cities’ volunteers paying off in recent times. With Momentum’s support the club was recently approved for $262,502 from the State Govt (DTIS) to complete junior clubhouse renovations.
The Queensland Lions FC was recently successful through the Minor Infrastructure and Inclusive Facilities Fund offered by the Queensland Government. This program recognises the need to provide continued funding for not-for-profit sport and active recreation organisations and local governments throughout Queensland.
We’ve enjoyed a long and successful relationship with Brothers Leagues Club in Ipswich and as such were very pleased to again work with the team to secure significant funding to support the construction of 2 new female changerooms on site for the Brothers Football Club Ipswich Inc.
In 2022 we had the great pleasure of developing a Strategic Plan for The Lion in Richlands. This document serves as a guiding framework for decision-making and has been reviewed and updated on a 6 monthly basis to ensure ongoing relevance in a changing environment.
With a loyal membership tracking towards 65,000, modern facilities, a great team and a reputation for delivering outstanding service it was an honour to be invited to develop the Strategic Plan for Norths Leagues and Services Club.
Lindeman Island has always been valued for its natural beauty, with its white sandy beaches, crystal-clear waters, and lush tropical vegetation making it a popular destination for visitors to the Whitsunday Islands but was severely damaged during Cyclone Yasi in 2011.
To maximise prospects of success a well planned and coordinated approach is critical. The objective when preparing a grant submission is to present a low risk, shovel ready project that addresses need and is supported by relevant planning and appropriate consultation.
